Returns
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
- For International Orders, no returns/exchanges/refunds to be provided.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Customized or personalized items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- To initiate a return, email us at hello@vestoa.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you received a damaged or wrong product:
- Contact us at hello@vestoa.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please share a clear photo of the product and packaging for verification.
- We will offer a replacement or full refund once verified.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized/customized items
- Sale/discounted items (unless damaged)
- Gift cards
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
- After this period, the order may already be in production or shipped.
