Return & Refund Policy – VESTOA

We want you to love what you order from VESTOA! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • For International Orders, no returns/exchanges/refunds to be provided.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
    • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • To initiate a return, email us at hello@vestoa.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you received a damaged or wrong product:

  • Contact us at hello@vestoa.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please share a clear photo of the product and packaging for verification.
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund once verified.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized/customized items
  • Sale/discounted items (unless damaged)
  • Gift cards

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
  • After this period, the order may already be in production or shipped.
